CSCSC Members and Lessees in good standing may schedule a party at the pool. Please note that reservation for a party does not guarantee exclusive use of the pool, grounds or pavilion. If the pool becomes crowded, members have precedence.

Guest Fees are required for all CSCSC non-member (adult/child) attendees at a rate of $5.00 per non-member guest, regardless of whether the guest swims. Additional lifeguards may be required and are the responsibility of the member or lessee hosting the party at a rate of $25.00 per/hour per/guard. Payment is required for a minimum of 4 hours per guard. See the Party Reservation Form PDF to determine the need for additional guards and payment terms. Lifeguard Fees must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the party date.
If the party is oriented toward the Baby Pool, an additional guard is mandatory. The only responsibility of this guard will be watching over the Baby Pool.
The Social Chair will contact the pool manager or assistant manager to determine if additional guards are needed and/or to arrange for coverage.
Party sponsors (hosts) are responsible to ensure the area is cleaned at the conclusion of the party. The pavilion must be cleaned before you leave. This includes removal of all decorations and trash. The deck must be swept and/or hosed off. Cleanup is not limited to the pavilion. Failure to clean up appropriately may result in denial of future use.
