To reserve the pavilion for a party,
E-mail: social@capepool.com
ALL parties, regardless of size or time, must be scheduled
and hosted by a pool member or lessee who must be present at all times.
A party reservation form must be submitted two weeks prior to the party date with the cleanup deposit check.
Guest fee rate applies to all non-members and MUST be
prepaid with a completed guest list to the Social Chair one week prior to the party. Payment will be in the form of a check attached to the guest list.
ALL parties require a $100.00 cleanup deposit (check
only). This deposit is to ensure the area is cleaned at the conclusion of the party.
Guards are NOT responsible for any party cleanup.
Additional guards may be required
and are the responsibility of the member hosting the party at a
rate of $16.80/hr/guard.
If the party is oriented to the
Baby Pool, an additional guard is mandatory. The only responsibility this guard will have will be the Baby Pool.
The Social Chair will contact the pool manager or assistant manager to determine if additional guards are needed and/or to arrange for coverage.
ONE LIFEGUARD MUST BE A POOL OPERATOR.
Payments, deposits, party contracts, and lifeguard arrangements are due
14 days prior to the party.
During pool hours, if the pool becomes crowded, members have precedence.
Parties do not give participants exclusive use of the pool or grounds.
The Pavilion must be cleaned before you leave. This includes removal of
all decorations and trash. The deck must be swept and/or hosed off. Cleanup
is not restricted to the pavilion. Cleanup must be completed by the close of
the pool if the party is held during pool hours and by the party contract time for an
after-hours party. Failure to clean up appropriately will result in
forfeiture of the $100.00 cleanup deposit and may result in denial of future
use. Cleanup deposit checks will be returned promptly after the party if no
problems are encountered.
